1. Who we are
GeoMarket.AI is operated by Network, Telecom and Services, LLC ("NT&S", "we", "us"), the data controller for personal data processed through this portal. Contact: info@netelcomservices.com.
2. What data we process
- Account data: name, email address, encrypted password or Google sign-in identifier, assigned role.
- Usage content: reports you save, target presets and model settings, and who created or changed them (audit history).
- Technical data: sign-in session tokens and your language preference, stored in your browser; security logs kept by our hosting provider.
The market statistics shown in the portal come from official, aggregated public sources (INE, datos.gob.es). They describe territories, not identifiable individuals.
3. Why we process it
- To create and secure your account and provide the portal (performance of a contract).
- To keep an audit trail of reports and settings (legitimate interest in accountability and security).
- To meet legal obligations, e.g. responding to authorities or rights requests.
We do not use your data for advertising, profiling with legal effects, or automated decisions about you. Answers from the AI analyst are generated only from aggregated platform metrics.
4. Sharing and processors
We use service providers for hosting, database, authentication and email delivery, bound by data processing agreements. We do not sell personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.
5. International transfers
NT&S is a US company and our providers may process data outside the EU/EEA. Where this happens, transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework where applicable, or on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses with supplementary safeguards.
6. Retention
Account data is kept while your account is active and deleted or anonymised within a reasonable period after closure, unless the law requires longer retention. Saved reports and their audit history are kept for as long as your organisation's account exists.
7. Your rights in the EU / EEA and UK (GDPR)
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679, the UK GDPR and Spain's Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD), you have the right to:
- access your personal data and receive a copy;
- rectify inaccurate data;
- erase your data ("right to be forgotten");
- restrict or object to processing, including processing based on legitimate interest;
- data portability;
- withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent;
- lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in Spain, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD), or the authority where you live or work.
8. Your rights in the United States
Residents of California (CCPA as amended by the CPRA) and other US states with consumer privacy laws (including Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon and others) may have the right to:
- know what categories and specific pieces of personal information we collect, use and disclose;
- delete personal information;
- correct inaccurate personal information;
- opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information and of targeted advertising — we do not sell or share personal information, so no opt-out is needed, but you may still send a request;
- limit the use of sensitive personal information — we do not collect sensitive personal information;
- appeal a decision on your request, and not be discriminated against for exercising your rights.
We honour Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signals as a valid opt-out request. Categories collected in the last 12 months: identifiers (name, email) and internet activity limited to sign-in sessions. The portal is not directed to children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
9. How to exercise your rights
Email info@netelcomservices.com with the subject "Privacy request". We will verify your identity and respond within one month (GDPR) or 45 days (US state laws), extendable where the law allows. You may use an authorised agent.
10. Security
Data is encrypted in transit, passwords are hashed, and access is restricted by role. No system is perfectly secure; we will notify affected users and authorities of personal data breaches as required by law.
11. Changes
We will post updates here and change the date above. See also our Cookie Policy and Terms of Use.
